Surf vacation in La Pared with children

The large natural beach of La Pared at low tide is ideal for small children to play and splash around
At high tide, the tidal lagoon in nearby Costa Calma fills up, where you can swim under palm trees

What's the best place for a surf vacation with kids? Here is some information for surfing families planning a vacation in La Pared.

Hello surf families,

the summer is almost over now and we had many nice guests in our surf courses and our accommodations.
Like every year in summer, we had many surfing families as guests. Whether the whole family is surfing or just the children or the children and mother or father - many families go on surfing holidays because you can have fun in the waves together and get to know other nice families.

As already described, the wishes and preferences that a family has when traveling to a surf camp are very different - depending on how old the children are and whether the whole family is surfing or only part of the family.

We offer different accommodations for families. One accommodation that families often like to book is our Surf Villa in La Pared.

La Pared is a small surfing village on the west coast of Fuerteventura

The large natural beach, where waves break for beginners and advanced surfers all year round, is the highlight of the place and for most residents the linchpin of the daily routine, which here depends on the waves and tides.

You can surf a few waves before the surf course or just stay on the beach after the surf course and continue surfing. Non-surfing family members go on mountain bike tours, hikes or do yoga by the pool of our villa.

In the evening everyone meets on the terrace in front of their apartment or by the large pool. Children in particular love to splash around in the pool all afternoon after the surf course.

After the surf course you can relax on the long sandy beach of La Pared or at the pool of our villa

As an alternative to the pool, the beach of La Pared is also an exciting children's wonderland at low tide with many small water holes to splash around and run around, a few rocks in which crabs hide and of course endless white sand for digging and playing football.

When the tide is high, the Sotavento lagoon is worth a visit. There are palm trees on the beach and warm water. Many feel reminded of their Southeast Asia vacation, for example in Thailand.

Tip: The fish restaurant Bahia La Pared is located in the small bay in La Pared. Here you can eat fresh fish at sunset while the children romp in the hotel's own seawater pool with a water slide.

Conclusion

Many families book our surf villa in La Pared. This is partly due to the equipment of the villa, such as the large swimming pool and that each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom.
But it is also in the place of La Pared. The peace and quiet, the fantastic Natus beach, which is within walking distance of the villa and where you can surf, swim and play all day.
